Amapiano producer Kabza De Small has come out to defend his hard work and told naysayers that he won’t apologize for what he has achieved.
A few weeks ago Kabza released his album titled “I am The King Of Amapiano: Sweet And Dust” that has been dominating the charts.
Normally an album will have one or a few hits that climb up the charts, though in the case of Kabza it seems like the whole album is climbing up those charts.
Reports say he is the first recording artist in South Africa to have all his song on his album dominate the top 30 Apple music charts. Do keep in mind the album has 27 songs.
With such dominance I say if the title of Amapiano King fits, let Kabza wear it in peace.
Though it does seem that there are those who feel Kabza is making himself out to seem as though he is better than everyone else.
Kazba posted a statement address those talks. The statement reads “I never said I was better than anyone, I never lowered anyone for ding his best in the game. Never did I not listen when people asked for ore good music from me. Anyone can say his a King, his the best that’s called believing in yourself and your craft. I won’t be apologetic for working hard and archiving what I’ve achieved, Through the hard work I’ve put in sooo many years and I’m finally enjoying the fruits of success.. #People will always talk whether you do good or bad just don’t lose focus.”
If the crown fits, let it be.
